The Awakening Heart Logo

A symbol that came through meditation

The Awakening Heart logo

This logo came to me over a period of time through meditation, and I will explain the symbology here of what it represents.

Firstly the circle of the golden outer ring, the blue inner circle, and the five pointed star located on the spiritual eye on the seated human figure, which in India is called the Kutastha, and appears to us in deep meditation over a period of time. The outer golden ring represents cosmic creative life force energy, or the holy ghost. The blue circle inside symbolises the Christ consciousness, or Krishna/Buddha/Mohammed consciousness. The brilliant white five pointed star in the forehead, although its correct position when you see it in deep meditation is in the very centre of the blue circle, represents spirit or God beyond creation.

The five pointed white star in the spiritual eye (or third eye of perception, the centre of concentration and will) when in deep concentration and stillness is the gateway to communing with the divine, learning through the language of light, intuition. Also the five points of the star represent the human form, point upward is the head, points outward are the arms and points downward are the legs. Plus the five elements, being Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether, all integrated within the human form. The star is seen as a symbol for humans capacity to evolve spiritually and reunite with the divine.

Another phrase for this symbolism used in religion is The Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost. Also from an Indian mantra, Om Tat Sat. Therefore Sat, or Father the star is God consciousness. Tat or son is the Christ/Krishna/Buddha/Mohammed consciousness in creation, the pure reflection of God. Om or Holy Ghost, represents the cosmic life force energy, also symbolised as the Divine Mother giving birth seeded as an idea by the Father, to create life and form within this universe.

The figure has both the spiritual third eye and the energetic heart centre represented here. The heart centre is located in the middle of the chest, (opposite the physical heart) or what is called the heart chakra, in which it is the fourth or the centre of the main seven energy centres, where six are located in the spine, and the seventh at the top of the head. The symbol here for the heart centre is a six pointed star or two triangles, one upward and one downward, representing the union of the male and female energies, plus a 12 petaled lotus representing the blossoming of love and compassion, and 12 core qualities associated with the heart. These are 1 love, 2 Compassion, 3 Forgiveness, 4 Gratitude, 5 Empathy, 6 Connection, 7 Peace, 8 Trust, 9 Acceptance, 10 Balance, 11 Healing, 12 Generosity.

A basic interpretation regarding awakening the heart centre is that its about love, kindness and compassion for yourself and others. Being able to love yourself and others unconditionally. What blocks the heart energy centre is past pain and suffering. Over thinking is what leads to getting lost in the attached emotions which blocks the heart with layers or self induced armour, so instead of healing we re-live the painful past which triggers our programming and rigid defence mechanisms, therefore our heart becomes closed off to giving and receiving love, and leads to potential new pain.

To awaken the heart we must give unconditionally and help and assist others through acts of kindness and compassion, or selfless service, for it is in giving that we truly receive. Another powerful way is through meditation and cultivating devotion and love which then allows the heart to open its 12 petaled flower, as we bring that energy up to the spiritual eye, it then becomes divine and purified, a channel for the souls love, free from ego, wordly attachments and emotions.

The legs crossed in a seated meditation posture is represented here as a figure 8. This is the symbol of infinity, which represents no beginning and no end which is our souls true nature, what we really are beyond the illusion of time and space, the souls immortality and Gods infinite nature. The two loops symbolise the balancing of light and dark, male and female, spirit and matter. Infinity is our true home, pure consciousness beyond form! Our role and our souls destiny is to expand our consciousness into that infinite being beyond the limits of the little ego self!

Love conquers all!

The power of love is the greatest of all powers, no power is greater then that, love can conquer all!

It can overcome all obstacles, all suffering, and all separation from the divine, our true home!

Love dissolves fear, hatred and ignorance of who we really are! All negative emotions arise from the separation within us to the divine, but when the heart is opened to true love, not sentimental love but divine love, it conquers all emotions, frees the soul from bondage, and awakens within us inner peace.

Love is the only way to bring about peace through global conflicts, family conflict and our own internal conflicts. It is the cosmic force that binds together all creation!

The ONLY force that can unite the world is love for spirit, the divine, creator, God, our love for one another, as we are all a sum of the part of the whole! In love lies the solutions to the worlds conflicts, internationally, nationally, social and personally!
